My birthday is today. And I cant wait for my present! What's that? MY BROTHER'S COMING BACK FROM GEORGIA! He moved from St. Louis to I think the outskirts of Georgia(which is a HUGE ass change from the crazy STL weather to hot-ass Georgia). But he's coming back after a long while since my grandma died.

Thinking about going to my Anime Convention, AnimeSTL. I cant wait. I'm commissioning my costume now. I'm planning on going with friends and when i go, i'll be sure to post up pictures! ^_^ It's gonna be exciting!

Well, hopefully we can get snow in this dreadful city I call home. >_> We havent had snow since I was really little. I remember it snowed so much, I was helping my step-grandfather wipe the snow off the car. And then he left me outside and went INSIDE and I was still brushing snow off the car. It was only then when i got tired that i realized that he went inside...But it's been a while. All we have is crazy and insane weather changed from 60 degrees to about -1 or -2 degrees.

Been drawing a character of mine as a Yuki-onna. It kinda fits with her but i dont think that Yukionnas had a big chest like she does. Oh well. i'll be sure to post some pics up.

I'm trying to rush and submit some pictures i've been drawing before the year is up. Then work on an animation(which will take me a while. But with Anime Studio Pro, it shouldnt take me TOO long)for someone. I wont say who but they already know who they are.

I SERIOUSLY wanna go see that new Sherlock Holmes movie. I admit, i'm more of a Poirot fan(yes, I got into mysteries ever since playing Agatha Christie's Death on the Nile and got hooked on Poirot and how much of a beast he is)but I think this Sherlock Holmes movie is gonna be good. And I bet if someone asked Poirot what he thought of Sherlock Holmes, he'd be like 'Sherlock Holmes doesn't have shit on me, monsieur'.

I watched an episode of the dubbed version(of the PokeUSA) of PKMN: diamond and Pearl and OMG! Fantina(I think melissa in the Original)'s voice is SOO DAMN HORRIBLE! The voice actress trying to do the french accent was so off base, my ears were bleeding. i'm half asleep and i hear this horrible french accent, I'm like 'EWWWW'. The voice actress(hearing her original voice0 sounds good but when she does a French Accent, it sounds horrible.

And now you see WHY I dont like the new PKMN. I liked the original voices and I bet if 4kids could do it, they'd get a voice actress that was...GOOD at an accent. oh well.

But yeah, I'm DEFINETLY busy. Have a good time yall.

I've seen a lot of singers out there in Japan(I dont just stick with KOTOKO now) but the majority of them dont get popular or even get a second glance when it's in America.

"Why do you say that?" you might be asking. here's MY theory about JRnB songs vs the Generic JPOP in America:

Yumi Shizukusa vs Hello!Project groups

Yumi Shizukusa is a wonderful artist who has that 'black girl' voice and specializes in RnB(i've heard a few generic JPOP songs from her but not that many). Then there's the H!P groups who specialize in singing (in Anime geek language: KAWAII!!!) cute generic songs that are usually used in animes.

The reason people dont listen to YumiShi is for some reason, they like the 'kawaii'ness of generic JPOP songs. The high voices, the cute lyrics and such. They dont look at the JRnB because either 1. RnB is already so popular or 2. The japanese singers who sing JRnB are trying to be black.

I like them all but I toward the JRnB because they dont get enough credit nor publicly because people are too busy listening to the generic JPOP.

I will admit, i LOVE Kotoko, I have the most song from her, I know most things about her, hell, I'm gonna make a tshirt with her on it but the reason she's popular is because she sings in the generic JPOP sound whether it be her high voice or low voice.

That's my mini rant about JRnB vs JPop generic. I'll probably add more.

I know, i havent posted ANYTHING art related in hellas. I have a few pictures i'm planning on submitting. I've got a new coloring style, a new eye coloring style and the works. Some pictures i'll probably redraw myself and submit new ones in place of it including brand new, freshly drawn ones.

I hope to get a subscription when i work somewhere or do something with my money.

Hey...I originally was gonna rant but I'll just say hi.

Well, I've seen takes and pics of the movie since they've been starting to film and I WILL admit, the boy who plays Aang ACTUALLY looks like how I expected him. sure he doesnt have the big eyed anime look but he's extremely cute. I hope he can act as well as he looks.

Now I DONT know why there are Iranians and Indians playing the roles of people from the Fire Nation. i mean, i got no problem with Indian and Iranians but with names like Zhao, Ozai, Zuko and iroh, you'd expect a Japanese or Chinese actor. For them, i hope they REALLY pull it off.

For Katara and Sokka...Well...I was expecting a Black or Native American person to play them since...Well you know...But I hope they REALLY pull it off. ESPECIALLY the girl who plays Katara. I personally like Katara so I just hope Nicola Peltz pulls her off to the fullest. And i mean work her ass off for it.

Rathborne...he better pull it off or I'll be upset...i really will be.

Overall, I hope this movie does NOT suck balls. I will say i am a DIE-HARD ATLA fan(Zutarian at that too). And now thinking about it, i'm anixous to see if they will put on a good show because alot people i know that liked Eragon the book said the movie sucked ass, it makes me scared and also expecting that the Last Airbender movie will suck as well.

Oh well...
